Summer Photoshoot

Pictures from a recent photoshoot with Dandelion Daydreamer Vintage on a glorious day here in sunny France. We are very lucky to have a tres belle lake just by us, so we took a picnic of runny cheese's and crusty french bread & spent the day dressing up the models in vintage clothes dripping with Cutie Pie jewels. My idea of a perfect day!

Vintage photoshoot

Sneaky peek from our AW10 photoshoot. We are loving the dreamy vintage dress from Dandelion Daydreamer Vintage teamed with a new vintage treasure from I Love Cutie Pie Jewellery.  The shoot was taken place in one of our favourite vintage style cafes and then along the French coastline. The model was of course stunning & came all the way from Paris especially for the day. Oh la la!

We can't wait to unravel our new AW10 Collection & share all our vintage trinkets and treasure with you.

I'm wearing a vintage Chanel jacket which was sadly snapped up on Dandelion Daydreamer Vintage shop after our day of fun. I fell in love with the little gold Chanel buttons, so sweet! I paired the jacket with some simple denim cut offs and finished it with Cutie Pie's

Vintage Rose £18 necklace. Both the bags were from Dandelions Daydreamers vintage shop.

I adore my vintage Eiffel tower that I picked up for 1 euro from a local antique market- it was the bargin of the day. I also found some other curious little trinkets and charms that will be coming soon to The Vintage Jewellery Co. So catch them while you can as every design is one of a kind, never to be repeated again.

Secret Garden

Summer is in full swing & myself & Dandelion Daydreamer couldn't resist alittle improtu photo shoot on such a glorious day. Lucky enough we stumbled across the most gorgeous setting, which felt like we had walked into our very own secret French garden. Dandelion Daydreamer kindly let me raid her vintage treasure box full of gorgeous dresses & whimsical pieces that I had to restrain myself from buying her whole shop.

Happy Birthday To Me.........

I'm not a big fan of birthdays but this year was truly magical & alittle freaky at the same time.

I'm a great beleiver in following signs.................and they led me to hopefully my new beautiful home (well it will be by the time I get my hands on it.)

The day started off with pancakes and pressies in bed which was wonderful enough. I got some inspiring books on vintage style and brocante chic which I can't wait to read.

I also received a new little addition to the family a wise little owl from a talented young lady over at Dandelion Daydreamer. Am yet to find the perfect place for this new beauty but hopefully he will watch 

over me will I work. 

You can checkout her other gorgeous pretty prints here. Another favourite pressie was a darling little spotty tea pot which now has pride of place in the kitchen - I have no excuse now why not to throw a tea party.

Daydreaming of Valentine's Delights with Dandelion Daydreamer...

Bonjour tout le monde, it's Sorcha here from Dandelion Daydreamer blog. Thank you to the lovely Danielle for inviting me to guest blog today. I'm not sure about you ladies, but I for one, am eagerly anticipating Valentines Day. Now that I am living in France, I intend to celebrate la fete d'amour as wholeheartedly as the rest of the frenchies. We'll eat breakfast in bed, sipping fresh coffee and nibbling warm croissants from our local boulangerie. The Boyfriend will read La Monde as I luxuriously leaf through French Vogue. I'll dress to impress in my favourite vintage dress, whispers of lace twirling about me as I move, slipping on my heels, a cloudy spritz of Chanel No.5 and we are ready to roll. Hand in hand we'll stroll through the centre ville, window shopping to our hearts delight. We'll wander through the Sunday Market and ooh and ahh over the farmer's finest foods, my arm beginning to feel the strain of our greedy little basket. Next stop the Cafe, a chocolait chaud for me and a cafe creme for Himself. I'll gaze in admiration as the elegant french women sail by, cigarette in one hand, designer handbag in the other, cheek greeting each other as they go, une! Deux! Bonjour cherie! We'll dine by twinkling candlelight and reminiss on Valentines gone by. Drifting off to sleep, I'll smile to myself as I think, how lucky I am that I've found mon cherie :)
