Love Vintage?

These were taken a few weeks ago at a Christmas vintage Fayre in snowy Norfolk.

I fell in love with these beautiful vintage crockery stands by Tea Trolley- they were oh so pretty. I'm hoping Santa might bring me one!
There were loads of vintage treasures & I came away with some stunning vintage brooches which I can't wait to transform into something new over at The Vintage Jewellery Co. But these colourful vintage buttons caught my eye.

Brocante Market St Tropez style

These pics were taken from my holiday, which was mostly spent trawling vintage markets in the South of France & eating every patisserie in sight!
I adore vintage french linen but
I am yet to find my initials on any of the designs......I've been searching for years & still no luck. I was hoping to collect vintage monogrammed french linen cushions to cover my new bed with but the quest will have to continue.

However I did pick up some great vintage maps which were a steal at just 10 euro each! Living etc eat your heart out! I hoping to cover my hall walls with them. I also love the vintage milk bottle which is now full filled blue hydrangea flowers.

I'm off to Lyon next weekend to another brocante & more vintage inspiration.

Bonne chance!

Vintage Inspiration

Another weekend spent exploring vintage markets in France...........you just never know what you might find! From vintage frames to french linen. I came home with two vintage chandeliers which needed abit of TLC but after a good clean they are looking rather sparkly in my new office!
I'm off to another on this coming weekend, so who knows what I will find this time!

Lost in France

Pictures from the weekend spent getting lost amongst beautiful blooms & vintage delights. I was on the hunt for vintage trinkets at our local French Brocante market. I came away with the white vintage table below which will be perfect for my new jardin & the most dainty silver pendant dating back to the 1900's. I also bought a large vintage milk jug which I plan to fill with my beautiful blue hydrangea flower heads. After a busy morning wandering around it would have been rude not to try out the local delicacies.
