Lost in France

Pictures from the weekend spent getting lost amongst beautiful blooms & vintage delights. I was on the hunt for vintage trinkets at our local French Brocante market. I came away with the white vintage table below which will be perfect for my new jardin & the most dainty silver pendant dating back to the 1900's. I also bought a large vintage milk jug which I plan to fill with my beautiful blue hydrangea flower heads. After a busy morning wandering around it would have been rude not to try out the local delicacies.

Style Inspiration

Just like everyone else I am loving the Mad Men series, especially Betty's wardrobe.

Here is my style inspiration my beautiful Grandma Rosie. I'm hearting the cute basket and hope to find one tomorrow at the French vintage market in Biarritz. I'm looking forward to finding lots of vintage treasures and transforming them into something new.

I'm wearing a vintage Chanel jacket which was sadly snapped up on Dandelion Daydreamer Vintage shop after our day of fun. I fell in love with the little gold Chanel buttons, so sweet! I paired the jacket with some simple denim cut offs and finished it with Cutie Pie's

Vintage Rose £18 necklace. Both the bags were from Dandelions Daydreamers vintage shop.

I adore my vintage Eiffel tower that I picked up for 1 euro from a local antique market- it was the bargin of the day. I also found some other curious little trinkets and charms that will be coming soon to The Vintage Jewellery Co. So catch them while you can as every design is one of a kind, never to be repeated again.

Afternoon Tea Camps Bay Style. These pics were taken a while ago when I was on holiday in South Africa but I've only got round to sorting them out now,  as usual its pretty hectic here at Cutie Pie HQ.

I'm loving the all white look & going to try and chanel that with our new house, although not sure if it work with little Noodle's muddy paws! I've been on the hunt for a vintage chandelier but am yet to find the perfect one. Although I did pick up a huge vintage trunk the other weekend at a vintage market in the South of France. Pics to follow. I found so many vintage goodies & I can't wait to get back in the studio. But for now enjoy these beautiful interior shots.
